Is this legal?

Yes. In states that have passed adult-use cannabis regulations, we partner with licensed retail dispensaries to fulfill orders. For hemp-derived products, we ship to states that have affirmed the 2018 Farm Bill which allows the sale of hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight.

THC vs. Hemp

THC from hemp is identical to THC from cannabis sold in licensed dispensaries but is 100% federally legal when it’s from hemp and under 0.3% THC by dry weight. Hemp-derived products are regulated by the 2018 Farm Bill.
